Cleverley eyes Anfield

Tom Cleverley is determined to build on United’s encouraging start to the season by claiming three points from Sunday’s crunch meeting with Liverpool.
The Reds recorded an impressive 4-1 win at Swansea City on the opening weekend before drawing with Chelsea at Old Trafford on Monday. And with United's tough fixture schedule continuing with big games against Liverpool and Manchester City, Cleverley is keen to maintain momentum at Anfield.

“It is not a bad start, everyone knows that we haven’t got the easiest first five games but the focus is now on Sunday,” he told MUTV. “Our biggest game is always the next one and we will be looking to go to Anfield and get three points."
When quizzed on United’s tough opening, Tom expanded: “They are all big games; these are the types of games that you want to be playing. This is the Premier League and it is never easy.”

Last week, Cleverley took part in United’s first Google+ hangout, answering questions posed by fans around the world. But one query proved just too hard to answer: which game gets your blood boiling most, Liverpool or Manchester City away?
"The Liverpool game, with the history between the two clubs and what it means to the fans, makes it really important. Even playing in the Academy, the Liverpool game was always the one you looked out for. I've not played for United at Anfield yet so that's something I'd like to experience. It’s too hard to answer, it’s a good question.”
